90-Day Replacement Guarantee

Overview

At The Good Spot Store, we’re all about making sure you’re happy with your purchase. We’ve got a 90-day replacement guarantee for any defective items, especially considering the sensitive nature of our products. Here’s what you need to know.

Replacement Eligibility

  • Defective Items: If your item turns out to be defective within 90 days of purchase, we’ll replace it for free.
  • Cosmetic Defects: Got a cosmetic defect? Let us know within 72 hours of receiving your item. After that, we can’t take these claims. Please note, cosmetic damage to the exterior packaging is not eligible for these claims.
  • Intended Use: Make sure you’re using the product as intended. Misuse, abuse, overuse, pet damage, acts of fate or unauthorized changes won’t be covered.

How to Get a Replacement

  • Filing a Claim:
    • Fill out the claim form here.
    • Describe the defect in detail.
    • Upload videos and/or pictures showing the defect.
  • Review and Approval:
    • We’ll review your claim and the evidence you provide.
    • If everything checks out, we’ll approve your ticket within 30 days.
  • Replacement or Store Credit:
    • Once approved, we’ll replace your defective item or give you store credit of equal value. 

Special Conditions

  • Vendor Agreements:
    • Some items might need to go through the manufacturer directly.
    • If that’s the case, we’ll provide you with the return label.
  • International Orders:
    • International orders need to be handled directly with the manufacturer. We’ll help you with the contact info and support you need.
